Easter and Chocolate – need I say more. This Easter inspired dessert is the perfect dessert to make ahead of time and wow the crowd effortlessly. Chocolate Mousse Easter Eggs are a winner! I used the white chocolate eggs but feel free to use the hollow chocolate eggs wrapped in bright coloured foil. Have fun experimenting with the look of the eggs. You could even place a speckled egg in the middle as a surprise.
You can make the mousse ahead of time and pipe it into the eggs just before serving.
Chocolate Mousse Filled Chocolate Eggs
1 Slab of Dark Chocolate (broken into pieces)
1 Teaspoons of Vanilla Essence
You can omit the vanilla essence if you like thus it becomes a 2 ingredient mousse
