I was incredibly spoilt a couple of weeks ago with a hand delivered a parcel at 7pm one evening. This parcel was incredible! First of all it was a full picnic basket (not a parcel) and it was loaded with the most incredible ingredients from chef Mynhardt Joubert and KWV.

Wine (2 different bottles from KWV), a soft cambrieni cheese, a tray of black figs from XTN, deboned lamb rib and a picnic blanket to top it all off – there was also a recipe to make stuffed deboned lamb rib. Pure decadence!
My dear hubby was ecstatic at this delivery and we could not wait to try the recipe out. I had never seen nor worked with deboned lamb rib so I was very excited to try it out and see how it cooked and how it tasted. Needless to say I was blown away – this recipe produced an incredible meal that was 5 star and so wonderfully tasty and beautiful.
