These little bit-size morsels are amazing. They are packed with yummy ingredients that are all sugar-free and gluten-free. I love the crunch that the Chia seeds give (plus they provide great fibre and omega oils). This recipe is so easy to make – no baking or advanced techniques. The protein date balls are fool proof and can be made in advance for any tea party or kept in the fridge for a snack attack – the problem though is one is never enough as they are that tasty (I may have eaten 3-5 balls at once – uh oh).
I hope you enjoy them by the hand full 😉
