Strawberry Ice Lollies
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Two punnets of Strawberries (with the green stalk and leaves removed)
1 Cup of Icing Sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
1 Tray of Ice Cubes
- Place all the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth (this may take a while to ensure that there are no big chunks of ice) if it looks quite dry and powdery add a little bit of water.
- Spoon the mixture into ice lolly molds and insert a stick down the middle.
- Freeze over night.
